Are able to manage inventory effectively,
Are able to follow corporate visual strategies

Can maintain loss prevention controls- understands and can maintain low shrink results

Are driven and understand the ins-and-outs of store operations.
Can share best practices with their Store Manager
Can mentor and develop your team into the next level in the absence of the Store Manager
