Sales Associate

Sales Associate Job Description –Sales Support role is part of the store’s overall success and efficiency during a high-volume period and supports our brand commitment to provide products to our customers. We are looking for passionate brand ambassadors to add to our store teams!
Among other things, individuals in this role will:
• Engage customers Interact genuinely and naturally
• Maintain accuracy when operating POS
• Ensure proper phone etiquette is upheld when answering store calls
• Drive conversion through client engagement
• Support back of house tasks as needed.
• Represent brand appropriately
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to execute at a fast pace
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to meet Availability and Scheduling Expectations, including working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
